The making time for personalized products is 2-3 working days as we manufacture it with utmost care and are mostly delivered using the quickest shippers within 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch. So the total time taken for an order to get delivered is 4-6 working days.

Personalized jewelry is unique and it's designed on demand. We don't stock the inventory and once made cannot be put back on the shelf. However, this product is eligible for exchange under two conditions:

1. If you receive it in damaged/tarnished condition or it has a spelling mistake

2. If the polish fades away within the warranty period of 1 year
